Here's my card:
I used This Moment stamps and silver washi tape (CTMH), a die cut frame (The Stamps of Life dies), and Paper Sweeties sequins.
I stamped the sentiment on pearlescent paper (Club Scrap Shades of Winter Collection).
I stamped the bullseye on red paper and heat embossed it in white.
