Joy Watercolor Card

Saturday, January 07, 2017

Hello, Kraftie Friends!!!

Creating Christmas cards earlier last year saved my life! =)

So, here's a CAS card for a few challenges, using a stamp I bought a while ago, but haven't used it yet:

I die cut the white panel, stamped JOY (CTMH) using my MISTI and watercolored around it with All-Purpose Ink (Tsukineko/Imagine Crafts).
After it dried, I adhered the panel on black card and added some sequins.

Challenges:
1. Color Throwdown #424:

2. HLS Jan Christmas Challenge: AGoes with Optional Twist JOY

3. CAS Mix Up Jan Challenge:

4. Simon Says Mon: Start Afresh
5. Simon Says Wed: New Something

  5. I love the colors, and I really love the effect of the liquid color around the sentiment but not inside the openings of the word "joy". Thank you so much for playing along with us at the Happy Little Stampers January Christmas Challenge!
