French Dies {Fri}: Easel Cards + Pop-Up Box Card

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

A few Fun-Fold Cards using die cuts from my stash...

Card #1

Easel Card: Embossing Folder for the panel (SU!); my own illustration Flower Wreath digi stamp and butterfly from Daisy Meadow - Scrapbooking stamp set (CTMH - with Thin Cuts available) - colored with alcohol-based markers and adhered with Foam Tape; metallic paints, washi tape, patterned paper, and my handmade die cut flower.

A masculine Easel Card: clocks from Artiste CTMH Cricut digital image set + circles metal die cuts + stamps (CTMH) + pp with a hand-drawn border.

Pop-Up Box Card: I'll have a video showing how I made it later...Sides were dry embossed (CTMH Wood Panel Embosing Folder) and inked in brown, other dies are Spellbinder, Sizzix and SU!, sequins, spray and metallic inks.

French Dies {Fri}: Pink Cards

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Here's a card using ScanNCut + die cuts + stamps...

Card #1

Panel was stamped with Brilliance ink. Flowers + Borders + pink Butterfly are ScanNCut, others are SU! dies. Sentiment was stamped and adhere with Foam Tape.

And this Slimline card, die cut butterfly + stamps + washi tape + patterned papers + silver paint:

Sentiment stamps are CTMH Sweet Safari - Scrapbooking set (coordinating Thin Cuts are available as a bundle), and butterfly die cut is from Layered Butterflies Thin Cuts.

French Dies {Fri}: No Stamping Christmas Card + extra Card

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I usually use stamps on my projects...but here are some that have no stamping at all!

I only used my score board to create a frame + die cuts. The gold foil squares are left over from another project (using Multi Square Windows Thin Cut)...can't let those pretties go to waste!

This card was inspired by the colors from Inspiration Station #20: Winter Beauty photo challenge and only uses patterned paper + washi tapes + glitter dots/flower sticker embellishment. The sentiment was trimmed from the paper and I created a red frame by fussy cutting it around it.

Background Stamping

Last-Minute Christmas Cards

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Here are some quick cards using stamps on the background + main focus...

Card #1

It's hard to see, but I stamped some snowflakes + a second generation stamping star on background.

Then, stamp the trees and sentiment on card. I used glitter gel on trees and used up some enamel dots.

Card #2

I used 3 different stamps for the background, some scrap patterned papers and washi tape. I colored the tree with alcohol-based markers + metallic paint dots.

Christmas Cards using Vintage Stamps (+ extra: Napkin Cards Process Video)

This week, I'll be posting some of my Christmas Cards I "sent" (meaning...will be sending...since I still have the mail some) this year...so, please bear with me these next 4 days...

French Dies {Fri}: Botanical Cards

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I have a few cards to share using Die Cuts + Botanical Themes...

Here's a way (or 2) to make the most out of your die cut scraps...

Card #1 - Trim a card front panel and after you die cut, use the scrap as a window or frame:

I popped the frame with Foam Tape on a stamped panel. Then, added stamped/shaped flowers (they were colored with alcohol-based markers).

#2 - Plan where you die cut on a panel and use the negative as part of your card design

Birthday Cards

French Dies {Fri}: 2 Inlaid Die Cut Cards + Extra Card

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Today I'm sharing 2 cards with inlaid die cuts...my Cuttlebug machine and plates are old and sometimes it doesn't cut well, so I end up with these "happy accident" inlaid die cut panels...lol!

Card #1

I added washi tapes to the back panel and added the inlaid die cut panel on top. Then, just added some sequins and stamped sentiment (with foam tape). I used gold paint on the flower center.

Card #2 Freestyle Stamped/Die Cut Card

This one might be more of a partial inlaid die cut, since I left the wings unglued...but I got lucky the butterfly didn't cut well right in the center! I backed it with a purple patterned paper and added some more colors with alcohol-based markers. Then, I added some stamping and sentiment.
