My kids and I made this LED Wood Sign...they painted it with the stencil that came with the kit and I made the flowers with my ScanNCut:

The tag was cut using the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge.
I stamped the background on White Daisy cardstock and layered it on the back of the tag. Then, I stamped the tree, heat embossed in metallic teal, cut it out and layered it on the front.
To finish off, I added the star button on the tree, colored "JOY" with Copic marker and added Distress Stickles on, and I added some chipboard border at the bottom of the tag.

I used one drop from the ink refill for the "moon" and colored it with the metallic gold marker. I also used the marker to highlight the snow falling and the snowflake on the top.

How about we start December with a project?
It's the "12 Tags of Christmas" Project!

I'll be posting one tag a day (starting today through Dec 14th...with a tiny break on Dec 8th) and you can join in the fun, too!
On Dec 16th, I'll randomly choose 3 tags and give away a mini stamp to each player! You even get to choose the mini stamp you want!!! =)

I'll start with an easy tag! Here's my Tag #1:



Tag shape was cut using the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge (CTMH) - page 31- and Colonial White cardstock.
I backed the tree shape with green patterned paper and added some tiny gemstones (Studio G).
Then I stamped the border and the sentiment with green and red inks (stamp set is from the WOTG Frosted Cardmaking Kit). And finished it off with ribbon.

Who said that stamps are not educational? =)
I love this new stamp set from CTMH - E1027 Framework Alphabet (set of 66). It comes with 2 carrier sheets.
And this is what I do with it...


I leave the stamps on the carrier sheet and ink them (if my son N lets me...).
Then, place the sheet on a piece of paper and stamp them, rubbing the whole sheet so you don't miss any letter.
And ta-da!!!
You can ask your kids to trace, color, circle a specific letter, anything!
N loves it and asks for it almost every day! =)

I just tied green and black strips of tulle, tied a bow with a green strip, and trimmed all the ends for a round shape.

And I had some left over tulle, so I used it to embellish the gift bag.

I made this birthday card for my nephew, who had a birthday party this past Saturday.


The truck and the wheels were cut out or die-cut and raised with 3-D foam tape for dimension.

Supplies used: stamp from Later Sk8r Scrapbooking Kit and Fast and Furious stamp set, 3-D Foam Tape (Close to my Heart - CTMH); Memento ink pads (Rich Cocoa, Tuxedo Black, Pear Tart and London Fog), Brilliance Gamma Green ink pad, clear embossing powder (Tsukineko), heat gun, circle die (Spellbinders), and Cuttlebug machine.

Now...here's my card closed:


I always wanted to make a tri-fold card...but never really got to it...maybe because I didn't have the "right" stamps...
And then, I bought the stamp set below from CTMH and the roses are just perfect for it! The stamp set is called "Love Blooms" (C1511) and you can purchase it HERE.

I also used a stamp (banner) from the Cricut® Artiste Collection (Z1790) and the little flower from the WOTG Chantilly Scrapbooking Kit (G1053).
Other supplies are: Pink Glitter Gems (Z1807), Cotton Candy (Z2193) and Buttercup (Z2110) Ink Pads, foam tape (Z1151), and Spellbinders scallop oval die.

If you visit my Pinterest, you'll see a board named "For Kids". There's a pin on the board that inspired me to make these owls.
I made these with my boy N. He helped me draw the eyes and glue the pieces. =)

My owls are slightly different than the ones on the pin, though.
The top is supposed to be taped down but my tape didn't want to stay in place because of the paint...so I just cut the top off...
The eyes are 1 inch paper circles that I die cut using my Slice machine.

For the wings and beaks, I used the stamp set that came with the Workshop on the Go Chantilly Scrapbooking Kit from CTMH (Close to my Heart).
