Decorate to Celebrate DT Challenge #103: 4th of July Projects

Wednesday, June 24, 2015

Hello, Crafty Friends!

It's time for Decorate to Celebrate today! You can create anything 3-D.
You may link up your projects below before 11:59pm (EST) on Tuesday, July 7th to be eligible for YOUR chance to win a prize from (Rhonda)

I made some projects for 4th of July...

Believe it or not, I didn't really have 4th of July-ish patterned papers in my paper stash (that I hoard...er, I mean..."collect"...), so I had to look for free printables!
Here's where I found the papers I used: Hallmark.

Centerpiece:
I wrapped a upcycled plastic container with 2 different papers, filled with grass filler (green and yellow...'cause I grew up in Brazil!) and arranged stamped pinwheels (CTMH) and altered printables (taped on sticks).

And the card (inspired by the latest Cardabilities Sketch). I used my Cricut (Art Philosophy) to cut all pieces, added some doodling, glitter and star stickers.

Thanks for stopping by!
