Welcome, Krafty Friends!
It's time for a new challenge at The Card Concept - {Sweet Hearts}!
Here's the Photo Inspiration...aren't those cookies cute and yummy?
Feel free to use any of the styles of our team or better yet, share you own style by combining one or more of the styles. We want you to have fun and make a card in a style that you feel good about!
The styles are explained HERE.
I was inspired by the colors, hearts and flowers...here's my mixed media card:
I was inspired by the colors, hearts and flowers...here's my mixed media card:
I ink smooshed All-Purpose ink (Imagine Crafts) + a little bit of water on cardstock. Let dry.
I started stamping one big heart ("Written Hearts" - my hand-drawn hearts sold by Sonshine Stamp Co.) at the bottom, created a mask and stamped the other ones, always masking the previous image. I stamped the other hearts and sentiment.
Add a ribbon and hand-draw a gold frame on card base with gel pen.
Cut flourishes with Cricut (I merged 2 images) and heat embossed it in gold. Adhere on card.
Cut flowers in 3 different sizes with Cricut and roll them. Add some glitter and adhered them on card.
