Happy Little Stampers was created in 2015 by Kylie (owner of ATSM and ATCAS). Kylie wanted to bring out a line of stamps that were useful for every day crafters. From cute to whimsical images, from everyday to funky sentiments there is something for everyone!
And here's my card:


Challenges:
1. DiesRUs #43: Red
2. Crafting from the Heart #99: Anything Goes
3. Die Cuttin' Divas #253: Kid's Theme
4. Craft Your Passion #299: Always Anything Goes

The card was Cricut cut and backed with patterned paper. 
I stamped the carousel horse, colored with alcohol-based markers, cut it out and adhered on card.
I added the silver shimmer trim (CTMH), sequins and Glitz Glitter Gel (CTMH).
