Welcome, Crafty Friends!

It's time for a new challenge at The Card Concept - {A Warm Heart}! 


Feel free to use any of the styles of our team or better yet, share you own style by combining one or more of the styles. We want you to have fun and make a card in a style that you feel good about!

Here's my mixed media card...I was inspired by the colors and the heart:


I heat embossed the background in white and blended some brown ink. 
I squeezed hot glue in the shape of a heart and made an impression using the same stamp as the background. Paint the raised heart using acrylic paint and let dry. Draw a heart around it with black pen. I also inked the heart with Brilliance ink pad for more contrast.
Add ribbon and adhere the panel on a panel with torn edges.
Hand draw a frame on the card base and ink the edges, before adhering the final panel on.
