Great News (Part I) + Written Hearts Card

Sunday, January 31, 2016

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I have some great news!
First, my husband is being ordained as a pastor this afternoon!!! It was a long, long journey for him!

Second, my hand-drawn 4x4 polymer stamp set - Written Hearts - is finally available for purchase at Sonshine Stamp Co.!!!

Here's a card I made:

Challenges:

I stamped the big heart, masked it and stamped the smaller ones. Then, I also masked the small ones (I used one mask), and stamped the outline hearts. Add more hearts, tear and ink the edges.
Draw a frame on card base with black pen and adhere the panel.
Add glitter and bow (metallic embroidery floss).

  6. This card is just beautiful and congratulations on both pieces of good news in this post! I really love how your stamps turned out-- what a great design that would be endlessly versatile. I know how much work goes into making a stamp set, so I really applaud your accomplishment. It turned out beautifully and I love what you were able to do with it on this card. The different tones of pink and red pair so nicely together and the edge really looks amazing. Well done and thanks so much for sharing your work with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
