Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Club Scrap's Artist Team was challenged to make Artist Trading Cards (ATC) and/or Pocket Letters this month.

ATCs are small pieces of artwork (2.5" x 3.5") that are intended to be traded, not sold.
Pocket Letters were created by Janette Lane and are basically ATCs in a 9-pocket page protector (like the ones for baseball cards), to be sent to a friend or exchanged. You can fill these pockets with embellishments and other goodies.

I like to make ATCs once in a while, for challenges. They are also great to test out new techniques and/or products!
I have never done Pocket Letters, so I decided to make one, too.

Here are the ATCs:




I used Club Scrap Office Space paper as the base, adhered Japanese newspaper on (with gel medium), watercolored with Gel Sticks, did some stamping (Transformations unmounted stamps), and embellished with Transformations Embellishment Cutaparts, ribbons and a wooden
button.
I also backed the ATCs with another piece of paper, so you can't see the mess on the back.

I printed the bear and colored her with Copic markers. I added a brooch (punched flowers and glitter) to her dress.
I also used cardstock, border punch, patterned paper, washi tapes, sequins and the banner (with printed sentiment).

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I love my new stamps from the Dahlia Collection (Club Scrap) so much, that I just can't stop making cards! Laundry? Dishes? Forget about them! =)
I also got some new stamps and dies from Stampin'Up! this week...Can't wait to play with them!


I used stamps from Dahlia Jumbo unmounted stamps set (flowers and ink splatters), butterfly washi tape, and a round corrugated kraft tag. Sentiment is from Dahlia Gretting UM stamps and ink pads are Memento (Imagine Crafts). I colored the flower with a Copic marker.
