Club Scrap July Artist Team Challenge: ATCs in Pockets

Friday, July 29, 2016

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Club Scrap's Artist Team was challenged to make Artist Trading Cards (ATC) and/or Pocket Letters this month.

If you came from Debbie's Blog, you're in the right place!
This is the last stop, so you could go back to Club Scrap's Blog and hop again! =)
If you get lost, you can go to Club Scrap's Blog, for the complete list.

ATCs are small pieces of artwork (2.5" x 3.5") that are intended to be traded, not sold.
Pocket Letters were created by Janette Lane and are basically ATCs in a 9-pocket page protector (like the ones for baseball cards), to be sent to a friend or exchanged. You can fill these pockets with embellishments and other goodies.

I like to make ATCs once in a while, for challenges. They are also great to test out new techniques and/or products!
I have never done Pocket Letters, so I decided to make one, too.

Here are the ATCs:

Challenges:

I used Club Scrap Office Space paper as the base, adhered Japanese newspaper on (with gel medium), watercolored with Gel Sticks, did some stamping (Transformations unmounted stamps), and embellished with Transformations Embellishment Cutaparts, ribbons and a wooden
button.
I also backed the ATCs with another piece of paper, so you can't see the mess on the back.

I managed to edit a video tutorial:

And here's the Pocket Letter, using Office Space supplies:

The front has ATCs with Hunter Grosgain and Gold Chiffon ribbons and Office Space Memo Stickers that you can use for other projects...

Challenges:

The back has some sequins, File Folder Die Cuts, ribbons (yellow faux suede and tartan plaid) and a ruler charm goodies...

This is your last stop!!! You can go to Club Scrap's Blog...to hop again! Thanks for hopping with us!
But before you go...guess WHAT???

I am giving away this Pocket Letter to one lucky winner!!! (hint: check out the other DT's blogs, too!)
Just use the linky tool below to enter (or leave me a comment - scroll almost all the way down)...deadline is August 10th! I'll announce the winner on August 12th!!!
