Two Weekend Projects in one post, before the end of the year! I made these this month, the calendar for a Secret Santa at church and the photo album for my niece. The photo album is a store-bought one, and I just added handmade paper, glitter, a stamped ribbon, paper flowers and gemstones to the cover. I printed the best photos from the...
Oh, boy! I was busy this Christmas! Thought I had finished all the Christmas cards and found out I still needed more! So, these are a variation on the first batch...I used gold embossing powder on these instead of clear (on black ink). The flower on the left card was stamped, leaves were colored with green marker, cut out and embossed in clear....
Another card design for this year's Christmas! I made a bunch and forgot to take pictures before I sealed them in envelopes...luckily I had this one left before I put it in an envelope! I almost gave up on this card because it went "wrong"...the kitten was supposed to be placed more to the left. But at a second glance, it was perfect for some of the stamps I have (BasicGrey). The die-cut Christmas Tree and cut out kitten were made/done using Slice Elite. Stamped images were colored with Copic markers. I think it ended up quite cute!...
These will be some of the Christmas cards I send out this year... (oops...hope my friends that will get them won't read this post...) I altered a store-bought card set with a stamped/embossed image, tore the paper around the image and added flowers. In the first photo, the flower was made using stamped and die-cut dryer sheets. For the tutorial, go here. For...

Finally, I've finished my baby announcement cards (actually, a couple of weeks ago, but I'm only posting it now)! I had pre cut/punched some of the elements BEFORE I had the baby, but got "kinda" busy AFTER I had the baby...so had to work on them little by little. Not much rubber stamping, as you can see...only the borders, because I wanted something...
So, my computer crashed a few weeks ago...again! So posting was something that I couldn't do even if I wanted to (right now I don't feel like posting since I have to nurse my new baby every 2-3 hours!). But I thought that I would post this card today...'cause my baby just fell asleep! =) Stamps: LS-B38 Pumpkin (Stamprints) and BasicGrey Mini Clear Stamp Set ...

Other supplies: VersaMark and VersaMagic ink pads, white embossing powder, glitter, Copic markers, glue pen, foam tape and metallic watercolor. And due to lack of time, I'll be doing some scheduled posts here...so if I take a while to...
I made a flower headband for my 4 month-old niece... I used supplies from Hobby Lobby: rose petals (from the Wedding Department), stretchy ribbon (Sewing Department), black glitter felt and fabric glue (Crafts Department). You can see how I made the flower center here. I just hand cut the felt circles instead of using a die-cut machine... ...

This is what my friends and I made for Mother's Day at church: Felt Flower Brooches. And here's how we made it (no sewing required): Materials: Felt, Fabric Glue (Beacon), Pins, Die-Cut Machine (Cuttlebug), "somewhat round" die of your choice. 1. Die-cut 8 pieces out of felt, using a die-cut machine. Or you could just use scissors...make a template out of cardboard, trace...
We were trying to figure it out how to tell my husband's family about the pregnancy...then, I stumbled upon this blog: Freshline Illustration. Colleen was having a GiveAway and I won a set of personalized stationery! Aren't they cute? I added the hand-stamped "U" and the inside: Don't forget to check out her blog and her Etsy Shop. ...
