It's time for the Creative with Stamps Challenge #4 Mid-Month Inspiration!

Here's mine, using my own Sea Creatures Digital Stamp Set:
The panel is actually a Color Shine sprayed & smooshed stencil, but it still looks like ink splatters...I added some tiny seahorses (in Brilliance Pearlescent Purple), the sentiment and some stickers (Dahlia White Jewel Dazzles).
Spray used is Color Shine Teal (Heidi Swapp), stencil is Club Scrap.
I printed, cut out and colored the seahorse with Copic markers. I also added Dahlia White Jewel Dazzles, Dimensional Magic and sprinkled some glitter on it. After it dried, I adhered it on card with foam tape along with "seaweed", cut using my Cricut.
