Here's my card:
I taped washi tapes and stamped sentiment (CTMH). I die cut SU! Heart Die and adhered it on.
I colored Stamprints Felt Heart with Flower Digi Stamp with Spectrum Noir markers, cut it out and adhered it on.
Then, I added some enamel dots.
