A second card for today...using Paper Sweeties new Planner Series: Coffee Planner Stamp Set...


I'm in a distress kinda mood lately...
I applied Distress Stains on card panel, inked the edges and let dry.
I stamped several images from Planner Series: Coffee on the panel and I also stamped sentiments and hearts on a white banner.
I distressed the edges with an Edge Distresser (CTMH) and adhered it on the card base.
I die cut Sweet Cuts - With Love and used the heart from the center. I stamped some coffee beans on, added some doodles with a fine marker and adhered it on card panel.
I adhered the banner on and then, added some Sequins - Pepermint.

I drew 3 flower stems using ShinHan Touch Twin Leaf Green marker and PITT.
I stamped "Happy" (CTMH) in green at the bottom and - with generational stamping technique - stamp 2 more rows without reinking. Then, I stamped "Happy" in light blue, added some colors with Distress Stains and doodled a frame around the panel with the blue Gel Pen from Delft Gel Pen Set.
I distressed the edges with an Edge Distresser (CTMH) and adhered it on the card base.
Finally, I adhered the buttons (Fancy Pants Designs) on.

Here are some of my projects...

1. Table Number Cards:



I used Delft Digital Kit to create them. You could easily resize them to meet your needs.
Left: I tore the crackled background and used Distress Stain in blue to color it. I adhered it on the printed card and added some doodle frames using the blue Gel Pen from Delft Gel Pen Set. Flowers were colored with alcohol-based markers and I added a cut out number 4.
Right: I layered the images and colored the flowers with alcohol-based markers. Then, I adhered the cut out number 8 on.



2. A Scrapbook Page:


I don't have the photo yet...we usually take one on Easter Day and that's what I plan to use! But here's the page with a family photo from last Autumn, just so you have an idea:


I used white cardstock, Delft Cracked Porcelain Stencil + Distress Stain for the background. After stenciling, I added more blue with a lighter Distress Stain and splatters using ColorBox Smooch Spritz.
Then, I layered different washi tapes and added more light blue Distress Stain onto the background.
I printed some digital images (Delft Digital Kit), added Dimensional Magic Glitter - Gold and let dry.
I layered them under the pre-cut photo mat.
I cut several flowers using my Cricut and Flower Market CTMH Cricut cartridge, assembled and adhered them on page.
I added the title using CTMH stickers.
Finally, I added the Silver Filigree Accent on.

The colors and design were inspired by ARTastic March Challenge...


3. A Card, using Delft Cracked Porcelain Stencil:


Place the Delft Cracked Porcelain Stencil on white cardstock and tape them on work surface.
Stamp different images on (border from Delft Greeting unmounted stamps and crackle texture from Delft Jumbo unmounted stamps).


Trace the stencil using the blue Gel Pen from Delft Gel Pen Set and remove the stencil.

Add Dimension Magic (I used the Glitter - Silver one) on the stamped areas and let dry.


Die cut a panel from it and add ribbon. Adhere it on card base, matted with a printed paper panel.
Adhere printed elements from Delft Digital Kit (the square one with foam tape) and a Silver Filigree Accent with a Delft Embellishment Pack Cabochon in the center.
I added a butterfly from my stash and then, a tiny bow.

Welcome to Club Scrap's Artist Team Blog Hop!
This month, the DT team was challenged to create hybrid projects using the Digital Kits!

Here are some ideas...

1. Print and Create: 

Club Scrap's new format is easy to use...you can just use them as printables - print the pages out, "cut and paste" the images on your projects - like this easy card here:



I printed Delft Digital Kit on white cardstock, trimmed the elements and distress the edges.
On the first card, I also added some Dimension Magic on flowers and dots.
On the second card, I used foam tapes for the 3 panels, added a doodled frame around the sentiment (using the blue Gel Pen from Delft Gel Pen Set), colored (alcohol-based markers) and cut out the clogs as embellishment.
Card base is plain paper from Delft Collection.

2. Create a Project on your computer/laptop and Print it Out:

I used the elements from Delft Digital Kit and a bow from Castaway Digital Kit to create this scrapbook page. I used PicMonkey.com to crop and layer...and once I was happy with the design, I saved it on my laptop.
Then, I print it out on photo paper, trim it and add the page to the album!

My mom is visiting, but I managed to make this scrap page...




I used Club Scrap Succulents printed paper, Cricut-cut overlay, Butterfly (both from Artbooking CTMH Cricut cartridge), flowers and Beautiful (from Flower Market CTMH Cricut cartridge), more die cut Butterflies, Distress Stains, Walnut Ink and paper flowers with pearls in the centers.
I also added some journaling with a blue Gel Pen from Delft Gel Pen Set.

The cat is my Ragdoll Angel...isn't she Beautiful? =)

Do you like creating your own background?
Last week, I was playing with Yupo Paper + alcohol inks (click HERE to see the card)...and today, I have 2 more cards...

On the first one, besides Yupo Paper + alcohol inks, I also added some stamping:

I dropped some red, blue, white alcohol inks and blending solution on Yupo. Sometimes, I'll move the paper to spread the inks. After it dried, I die cut the panel, stamped some numbers (Club Scrap Delft Art Nouveau unmounted stamps) and let dry.
I stamped "Hello" (Club Scrap Delft Greeting unmounted stamps) on the card base and trimmed the Yupo panel to leave a gap for the "Hello" sentiment.
Then, I added some enamel dots.

After the Yupo paper dried (yellow, blue, red  and white alcohol inks + blending solution), I die cut a doily.
For my own background, I stamped "shoes" (Delft Greeting unmounted stamps) on light blue textured cardstock. Then, I stamped crackle texture (Delft Jumbo unmounted stamps).
I die cut a panel, added the doily, a white ribbon and stamped "celebrate" (Delft Greeting unmounted stamps).
Using 2 images from Delft Digital Kit, I fussy cut them and adhered them on with foam tape.
Finally, I added a wooden dot and doodled on it using the blue Gel Pen from Delft Gel Pen Set.

Here's my card using a product from our sponsor - EyeConnect Crafts: Lace-Up Birdcage Circular, Large (I used the bottom piece of the birdcage):


Stamp a flower border on the bottom of white card panel in green.
Stamp sentiment several times (some without re-inking) and draw a frame with a black pen.
Cut out egg shapes (I used my ScanNCut) and use washi tapes to "decorate" them. Outline them with a black pen and set aside.

I cut kraft paper for the bottom of the basket. I stamped some textures on both the kraft paper and the Lace-Up Birdcage Circular, Large piece of chipboard. I "accidentally" stamped some texture on the bottom of the card panel! =)
Lace some ribbon on the chipboard.

Adhere the kraft paper and the eggs on card. Add the basket's ribbon handle on card.
Adhere the chipboard on with foam tape.
Add the paper flowers (with enamel dots in the centers).
Stamp sentiment on light pink cardstock, trim ends and adhere it on with foam tape.

I started stamping icons and words (you can see the new Planner Series: Coffee stamps on Mon 24 + Planner Series: Get Your Craft On + Planner Series: Wedding) and I added the washi tapes.
I did some second generation stamping (Thankful Stamp Set) - stamping first on another piece of paper, then on the Planner -(on the right) and some background stamping using a light pink ink (on the top left).
I stamped and die cut some flowers (Thankful Stamp Set and Sweet Cuts - Thankful), colored them with Copic markers and added some glitter in the centers. I die cut the flower bed in kraft paper (Sweet Cuts - Window Elements) and adhered them all on the pages.
Finally, I added some hand-writing with Fabrico markers.

Have you tried Yupo papers yet? They are 100% recyclable, waterproof, tree-free synthetic paper...basically plastic that will hold ink!
A few months ago, I got some Yupo paper in my Club Scrap Color Me Happy Kit...and I played with it a little bit, trying to figure out what worked best...

I tried Distress Stains, but I have to retry it...didn't really turned out the way I wanted...
And, of course, I tried alcohol inks!
They work great on Yupo paper, just like they work on glossy paper!


I used yellow and blue + blending solution + white alcohol inks for the panel above.
I die cut it with STAMPlorations die and added a white ribbon before adhering the panel to the card base.
I cut a wreath using Flower Market CTMH Cricut cartridge (you can see it HERE), adhered half on the card and outlined it with green markers. Then, I adhered the other half on.
I cut out some succulents from a printed paper (Club Scrap Succulents Collection), and adhered them on card (the lighter one with foam tape).
Finally, I added some sequins.
