Paper Sweeties Inspiration Challenge - December 2016

Thursday, December 01, 2016

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

It's a new month and it's time for a new Inspiration Challenge at Paper Sweeties!!! Can you believe it's December already???

Here's the beautiful photo & color combo:

* Special December Holiday winner will receive a $100 gift certificate for a shopping spree! *

Here's a way to stretch your craft supplies...let's assume you don't have ANY Christmas and/or Holidays stamps or you just moved and can't find anything you want...what do you do???
You just deal with it!!! =) Just kidding...
You use what you have and make it work!

Challenges:

Do you think it worked?
I die cut some panels and on the white one, I stamped a bunch of "hugs" (Thanks stamp set) diagonally with a light pink ink pad. Then, I added some stamped "vines" (Thankful stamp set) in turquoise, before adhering it to the card.
I cut a Paper Straw (Strawberry) to size and added a bow, using a light pink Seam Binding, then adhered it on.
Finally, I added some Paper Sweeties Cupcake Sprinkles sequins (just the light blues and pinks) and Peppermint sequins.

Please don't forget to check my MONTHLY CHALLENGE team mates:

December Guest Designer:  Karen Letchworth

And don't forget...

  2. Wow - what a fun, "alternative" Christmas card! I think the contemporary colours and your usage of the non-Christmas stamps (great work there, by the way ;) ) go really well together! Thanks for sharing with us at MAWTT, Emma (DT)
