Happy Vellum Dahlia Card

Thursday, May 19, 2016

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

A card for a few challenges:

I stamped the ombre chevron background and, without re-inking, I stamped it on another panel. I drew faux stitches on the panel with Copic marker, layered it on green cardstock and on stamped card base.
I added a die-cut word (Simon Says Stamp) inked with pastel pink and sequins.
I stamped Dahlia (Club Scrap) on vellum, heat embossed it in silver, colored with alcohol-based markers and fussy cut it out.
I adhered it on card and added a stamped butterfly.

Challenges:
1. Mojo Monday #448 (I switched the "circle" a bit)

2. Stamping Smiles Designs #10 (Chevron/Ombre/Vellum)

3. Eureka Stamps Challenge#193: Stitching  Real or Faux

4. MMMC #24: Butterflies & Blooms
