This card size (3.5"x5.5") is what I have left over when I use a 12x12 cardstock, and cut out two 4.25"x5.5" cards.

I stamped the image and used my ArtBars (Derwent) to outline and watercolor the design.

Then, I adhered the panel on patterned paper, drew a frame around it, and adhered on card base.

I added some sequins and finished it up with some baker's twine.
