Paper Sweeties 25 Days of Christmas Designer Blog Hop

Tuesday, December 19, 2017

Hello, Kraftie Friends!!!

Today, I'm sharing a project using Paper Sweeties stamps and sequins!

****************************************************

Here's my card, with a masking technique:

Card base:
Tear red cardstock and stamp star (Planner Series: Get Your Craft On) several times, before adhering it on card.
Spray a panel and chipboard shapes with ColorShine in turquoise, tear it and adhere it on the red panel.
Add some washi tape with gold details.

For the tree:
1. Use the straight line stamp (Window Elements stamp set) and stamp the tree "trunk" on a panel
2. Stamp a star (Planner Series: Get Your Craft On) on top of the tree
3. Using scrap paper, mask the panel so you have a triangular shape (with the stamped trunk being in the center)
4. Stamp lines, sometimes without reinking, to make your "tree"
5. Ink the edges of the panel and adhere it on card
6. Add Sequins to decorate the tree

Challenges:
1. MMMC #43: Believe

2. HLS Dec Mixed Media: AGoes

3. HLS Dec Christmas: AGoes
