French Dies {Fri}: No Stamping Christmas Card + extra Card

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I usually use stamps on my projects...but here are some that have no stamping at all!

Card #1

I only used my score board to create a frame + die cuts. The gold foil squares are left over from another project (using Multi Square Windows Thin Cut)...can't let those pretties go to waste!

This card was inspired by the colors from Inspiration Station #20: Winter Beauty photo challenge and only uses patterned paper + washi tapes + glitter dots/flower sticker embellishment. The sentiment was trimmed from the paper and I created a red frame by fussy cutting it around it.

Background Stamping

Last-Minute Christmas Cards

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Here are some quick cards using stamps on the background + main focus...

Card #1

It's hard to see, but I stamped some snowflakes + a second generation stamping star on background.

Then, stamp the trees and sentiment on card. I used glitter gel on trees and used up some enamel dots.

Card #2

I used 3 different stamps for the background, some scrap patterned papers and washi tape. I colored the tree with alcohol-based markers + metallic paint dots.

Christmas Cards using Vintage Stamps (+ extra: Napkin Cards Process Video)

This week, I'll be posting some of my Christmas Cards I "sent" (meaning...will be sending...since I still have the mail some) this year...so, please bear with me these next 4 days...

So, today...I'll start with a couple cards using my vintage stamps I was able to find years ago on an auction site...

The first card was inspired by Inkspirational #254 Photo...I used mostly the sprinkles colors + the gold details from the photo:

{Sat} Kits: CTMH Craft with Heart Cardmaking Kit Christmas Cards

Hello, Kraftie Friends!!!

I made these cards using an older CTMH Craft With Heart Cardmaking Kit...

Card #1

I didn't follow the suggested design for this card and created my own...I changed the orientation & the stamped sentiment and added the sequins.

Challenges:

I followed the suggested design on this card, but I added the sequins for an extra touch.

Same design, but you could add more sequins or Glitter or Liquid Pearl dots, Shimmer Brush the die cuts, etc...

You get cards/envelopes + die cuts + acrylic block + mini ink pad...all you need is adhesive of your choice!

French Dies {Fri}: Poinsettia Joy Embroidery Hoop Wreath Card

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Trying out new dies I purchased "recently" (meaning I bought a while ago, but never used it...lol!)...

I layered the embroidery hoop twice, and "Joy" three times for more dimension. "Joy" was actually "enjoy" and I just trimmed "en" off. I also used a stitched frame die and glued all the pieces on the panel. The poinsettia was from my die cut box - an embellishment I made a while ago using CTMH Comfort & Joy - Scrapbooking Stamp Set + Thin Cuts. Others are Sizzix.

Slimline Merry Christmas CAS Card

I bought more die cuts than I was planning to this year...so need to use them at least once, right? I'll be posting some more cards using at least 1 die cut this month...

Dies are from Sizzix and STAMPloration and stamp is CTMH Under the Mistletoe set (with coordinating Thin Cuts available).

Heat Embossed Wreath Card + Roses Scrapbook Page

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I have a couple of projects using some vintage PSX rubber stamps + heat embossing...

Wreath stamp image was hear embossed in gold.

This is part of a CTMH Scrapbooking Workshop Kit (coming in March!) and I made it my own adding some Rose stamps + heat embossed in Rose Gold. Love this color!

Winter Penguins Cards

I made a card using a penguin from a new Winter Penguins stamp set last week (click HERE to see the card)...couldn't stop at one...they are sooo cute! Even my kids loved them...I'll be sharing some of their cards later...my oldest one even created a comic "book" with them...lol!
