Washi Meets...Wildflowers Enamel Dots Card

Yesterday was Teacher's Day...I ended up making some cards for my kids' teachers at day care.
So, today I'm sharing a 'thank you' card using Washi Tape ('cause it's Wed!!!) and enamel dots:
I watercolored the panel using ArtBars (Derwent) and popped it up with foam tape. Circles and sentiments were stamped.
