I layered washi tapes on the card base.
I had an overlay cut with my Cricut (using a free cut of the week), trimmed it to size and added a strip of washi tape before adhering to card base.
The birds were printed, colored with alcohol-based markers and cut out. I also printed a sentiment and trimmed it. I adhered them on card and added some sequins.
