Here's my card, using Sponsor's image - Cardinal on Branch with Snow:
I printed the image and colored it with alcohol-based markers. I added washi tape on edges.
Before adhering the panel, I adhered some die cut snowflakes on.
Then, I added some more die cut snowflakes and some glitter.
