{Tue} Technique: Stamping with VersaMark Dazzle Frost - Woohoo! Card

Tuesday, May 03, 2016

Hello,

I have a card to share today...using Mojo Monday #446 sketch and Club Scrap Dahlia Collection stamps and papers:

I basically used: colored cardstocks, stamped flowers (colored with Copic markers), and added some punched border (Martha Stewart/EK Success), die-cut butterfly (SU!) and some Dahlia White Jewel Dazzles.

Where's the technique...you ask? It's the "watermark" flower, stamped on the purple cardstock.
I used VersaMark Dazzle Frost to stamp the big Dahlia, and it just gives you a little more dimension and shimmer to a otherwise plain cardstock.
You might want to test it first on your papers, because it doesn't work with all cardstocks. Some are coated and it does not show at all! And I think it works wonderful with darker papers!
