{Tue} Technique: Emboss Resist - You're Out of This World Card

Tuesday, May 31, 2016

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

I made a card using CAS(E) this Sketch #174 and the Emboss Resist Technique...don't you just love this technique? =)

I stamped the stars and circle on a white panel and heat embossed them in white (Stampendous Detail Embossing Powder). I used Distress Stains (Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Stain Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans) and Clearsnap Smooch Spritz Electric Blue.
I stamped moon from Altenew (in the circle...just one of the layers, so it might be hard to see on photo) and sentiment (on white cardstock). I cut out the sentiment, adhered on card and added sequins.
I punched the corners (We R Memory Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper) of the panel and adhered it on card base.
To finish it off, I drew a border around the panel using Tsukineko Fabrico Marker Tropical Lagoon.
