Heart2Heart March Guest DT: Retirement Challenge

Monday, March 07, 2016

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

This is my second week as a Guest Designer for Heart2Heart CTMH Challenge Blog!
They have a new challenge every Monday and you have until the end of the month to link your creations, using CTMH products.

The challenge this week is...Retirement.
I decided to use a "retired" CTMH Stamp of the Month, called Beloved Bouquet.
The card could also be used as a "Retirement" Card.

I cut a card with Artfully Sent CTMH Cricut cartridge and backed it with Kaleidoscope and Zoe papers.
Draw "strings", using a silver gel pen, on the cut card base.
Ink and stamp flowers and leaves stamps and cut them out. I used 2 different shades of ink, one for the outlined image and one for the bold image.
Ink and stamp "baby breath" and cut them out.

Arrange your "bouquet" on the card, using foam tape for the flowers. Add sequins.

This is what it looks from the inside...I used a border punch on Kaleidoscope patterned paper:

  5. This is awesome inside and out. We are so blessed with your participation in our previous Challenge and would love to have you back for our current Challenge at Word Art Wednesday. I want to share with you the inspiration of God's Word from Habakkuk 2:3-4 and it says, " For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay. “See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright— but the righteous person will live by his faithfulness---." Have an awesome week!
