(I have 2 posts today...click HERE to see Club Scrap Crewel & Unusual Blog Hop)

Hello, Kraftie Friends!

Club Scrap has a technique challenge every month! February's Challenge is using masking tape!
Click HERE to see a few techniques and link your projects there for a chance to win a Club Scrap gift certificate! You still have time to join!

I ran out of masking tape, so I decided to use my washi tapes...and since they are so pretty, I ended up using them as my background!
I made 3 ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) with different backgrounds:

Background #1: I tear the washi tape and cover the entire card (2.5" x 3.5")

Background #2: I tear washi tape and cover some parts of the ATC

Background #3: I use washi tape as a pattern

Then, I blend some ink on ATCs #2 and #3.
I use Memento Luxe ink and stamp different images on the ATCs.

I stamp images and/or sentiments on white cardstock, cut them out and adhere them on the ATCs.

Supplies:
Washi Tapes (CTMH, Doodlebug Designs, Stampin'Up and The Paper Studio)
Memento Luxe Danube Blue
Tim Holtz's Round blender tool
Club Scrap stamps:
Navigation Borders & Backgrounds stamp set
Celebrate Jumbo stamp set

Challenges:
1. Club Scrap Feb Technique
2. ATC Around the World #14: Anything Goes with Color Challenge option
3. Word Art Wed #220: Anything Goes

And I have a second project to share - a shaker card:

I'm reusing left over negative from another project! I trimmed it into a panel and stamped the bottom, using Crewel & Unusual Jumbo stamp set (Club Scrap).

I also reused some packaging and adhered it to the panel. Add some foam tape and set it aside.

Stamp part of the branch image (Crewel & Unusual Art Nouveau stamp set) on your card base and add a washi tape border on top.
Add sequins in the middle of the card base and adhere the panel on.

Now, shake it, shake it and shake it!
