Today I'm sharing my DT project for House of Cards and a Video Tutorial!
The challenge this month is to use the Bokeh effect on your projects...

This is my card - I used watercoloring and stamping to achieve the look for the background:

circle stamps - 2 sizes (ClubScrap)
watercolor paper

Brilliance Pearlescent ink pad
White Pigment ink pad
