Weekend Projects: Tulle "Flower" Headband

A headband I made for my niece M. It matches her tutu...the one I made as her birthday gift. If you didn't see it, click HERE to check it out.
I just tied green and black strips of tulle, tied a bow with a green strip, and trimmed all the ends for a round shape.
